We are harvesting all three of our main crops; Shephard Avocados, KJ Pinks Custard Apples and Lady Finger Bananas.
On the farm we are making hay while the sun shines… preparing to cut and bale hay ready to mulch under our Avocado trees. We are about to prune our Custard Apple trellises and planning to prune our young Avocados which are setting fruit beautifully for early next year.
Our Lady Finger Bananas produce all year round and we are constantly maintaining plant health, deleafing, desuckering, irrigating, cleaning rows and mulching between rows all year round.
